Shopping With Us
To shop with us you will need a valid debit / credit card or a paypal account.
For any payment method you must be authorised to use it.
Placing An Order
When you place an order you will receive a confirmation e-mail confirming receipt of your order.
Full payment is taken at the time of checking out.
You may be able to cancel or amend your order after placing it as long as it hasn’t already been shipped.
All stock levels are displayed in real time so are very accurate.
In the odd occasion an item is out of stock that you have ordered you will be notified and refunded.
In order to offer you Klarna’s payment methods, we might in the checkout pass your personal data in the form of contact and order details to Klarna, in order for Klarna to assess whether you qualify for their payment methods and to tailor those payment methods for you.

Prices And Descriptions
If we discover an error in a products price or description we will notify you and offer a refund or exchange.
If we are unable to get in touch with you, we will hold your order until we receive confirmation.
Prices include VAT (where applicable).
When completing your order you’ll be given various delivery options to choose from with estimated delivery time and dates depending on the delivery address.
We work with our carriers to try and meet all delivery times but sometimes there may be delays – e.g. because of postal/carrier delays, logistics or bad weather.
We will keep you updated as much as we can and you should be able to track your parcel’s progress.
