When completing your order you’ll be given various delivery options to choose from with estimated delivery time and dates depending on the delivery address.
Once your order is shipped you will be sent the tracking details and relevant links to track your deliveries progress.
We work with our carriers to try and meet all delivery times but sometimes there may be delays – e.g. because of postal/carrier delays, logistics or bad weather.
We will keep you updated as much as we can and you should be able to track your parcel’s progress.
EU Orders: We no longer charges VAT on orders for customers in the EU and you will now be asked to pay VAT on your order when it passes through your local country customs. This VAT rate will be at the prevailing rate of the EU country you live in. VAT is now payable on all orders over €22 in value.
Customs Duty: Duty rules into the EU depend on the “Country of Origin”, so when an order is shipped from the UK to EU, the duty will depend on where items were manufactured. You may therefore be charged for Import duty for orders over €150. We estimate that your duty could be up to 12% of the value of your order.
